We have some truly exciting news to share with you all – prepare your taste buds for an extraordinary limited edition collaboration between Lucocoa and Jensen Gin

We’ve always said that chocolate is like wine and coffee, different regions create different flavours so why not prove that through……Gin?

We’ve gently roasted our Belize cacao to the same time and temperature we would when when making chocolate. Then crushed and winnowed (taken the shells off the beans) to be left with the cacao nib. We’ve then taken these around the corner to our local gin distillery, Jensen’s Gin and soaked the nibs in here popular Bermondsey Dry for months!

And here we are an incredible flavoured Belize cacao infused gin which can be drunk alone or made into your favourite cocktail.
